Derek Ramsay insists he’s still a big fan of Manny Pacquiao despite having his photo taken with Floyd Mayweather, Jr.
MANILA, Philippines – Hunk actor Derek Ramsay probably cannot resist the temptation to pose for a photo with boxing champ Floyd Mayweather, Jr.
“Habang nasa Los Angeles [ay] nagpa-picture si Derek sa undefeated American boxer Floyd Mayweather, Jr. na nakasalubong niya sa lobby ng hotel,” reported “TV Patrol” on March 12.
Derek is currently in the US where he sat as one of the judges in the transgender beauty pageant called “Ms.Galaxy 2012.”
“Kasama niya bilang judge si Ms. Universe 2010 fourth runner-up Venus Raj,” the report noted.
Derek related, “First he wasn’t very accommodating. But when he found out that we were Filipino and I knew Manny Pacquiao, he was then suddenly very accommodating.”
Although he posed with Floyd, Angelica Panganiban’s boyfriend insists that “I’m still a Manny fan and I still think [that] Manny will beat him if ever the big fight happens.”
“Uuwi agad si Derek mula Amerika para sa premiere [night] ng horror film nila ni Erich Gonzales na ‘Corazon: Ang Unang Aswang.’ Umaasa si Derek na susuportahan muli ng fans at tatabo sa takilya ang pelikula,” the report said.
