Results of the Consular Outreach in Phoenix, Az
Los Angeles, 10 April 2012 – Consul General Mary Jo Bernardo Aragon led a team from the Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles and conducted a consular outreach program in Phoenix, Arizona, U.S.A. on 31 March – 1 April 2012.
The consular outreach program is being undertaken in cooperation with the sponsor organizations: Filipino American Business Chamber of Commerce of Arizona (FABCCA) and the National Federation of Filipino American Associations (NaFFAA Arizona Chapter), Halo-Halo Kitchen, Kababayan Travel, Venus Travel and FABCCA’s media partners, Arizona Filipino Forum and Chikka Magazine.
A total of 626 consular services were rendered during the two-day consular outreach program, breakdown of which are as follows:
Consul General Aragon was accompanied by Vice Consul Mary Joy B. Ramirez, Misses Melchora Tagle & Merle Ordillano, and Messrs. Dino Concepcion, Eric Sierra, Hilario Villamin & Edmund Gidaya.
The Consular Outreach Program is a regular activity of the Consulate to bring its various services closer to its constituents residing in areas within its jurisdiction.
